Light, buttery French madeleines with delicate golden edges and a soft, tender crumb. Baked in tiny batches in our St James kitchen using premium ingredients and thoughtfully paired flavours.

Flavours available:
• Classic Vanilla – traditional vanilla madeleine with a delicate hint of citrus
• Matcha Sesame – organic Maison Maizen matcha madeleine filled with roasted sesame praline, silky Valrhona Ivoire matcha ganache and finished with a thin matcha chocolate shell
• Jaffa – rich chocolate madeleine filled with house-made orange marmalade, dark orange chocolate ganache and finished with a thin Valrhona dark chocolate shell

Whether enjoyed in their simplest form or filled with layers of flavour, each madeleine is soft, buttery and beautifully balanced — the perfect little cake for afternoon tea or an everyday indulgence ♡

As a tiny home bakery baking fresh to order, we make each flavour in its own dedicated batch. This keeps everything beautifully fresh and consistent, so boxes are single flavour for now.

Contains wheat, dairy, eggs and almonds. Made in a home kitchen that handles wheat and all allergens.

Best enjoyed:
On the day of pickup for the softest crumb and freshest flavour. They can also be enjoyed over the following 2–3 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature, or frozen for later.

Pickup only in St James. Not suitable for Australia-wide shipping (they’re too delicate for long trips).
