Buttery, almond financiers with a delicate crisp shell and soft, tender centre. Baked in tiny batches in our St James kitchen using premium ingredients and seasonal flavour magic.

Flavours available:
• Earl Grey Chocolate – bergamot tea + rich dark chocolate
• Seasonal: Hazelnut Praline – brown butter hazelnut financier with a soft praline centre, Valrhona chocolate and toasted hazelnuts
• Seasonal: Yuzu – fresh WA yuzu, vibrant yuzu glaze and house-made candied yuzu

As a tiny home bakery baking fresh to order, we make each flavour in its own dedicated batch. This keeps everything super fresh and consistent – so boxes are single flavour for now.

Allergens:
Contains almonds, butter, eggs, gluten and dairy. Made in a home kitchen that handles wheat and all allergens.

Best enjoyed:
Within 3–5 days for peak freshness. We heat-seal them with oxygen absorbers for local orders so they stay beautiful longer. Store at room temperature or refrigerate. They also freeze wonderfully!
