A collection of delicate French tea cakes, baked in small batches in our tiny St James kitchen using browned butter, premium chocolate, carefully selected nuts and seasonal ingredients. Discover buttery financiers, softly domed madeleines and ganache-filled tigrés, each with its own balance of caramelised edges, tender crumb and thoughtfully layered flavours. Elegant enough for gifting, but just as lovely enjoyed with tea or coffee. Best enjoyed fresh. Pickup only in St James, Perth. Also available to preorder for selected market events.
