Buttery, handcrafted tarts with crisp, flaky pastry and luxurious layered fillings. Baked fresh in small batches in our tiny St James kitchen using premium ingredients and seasonal inspiration.

Flavours available:
• Pecan Tart – toasted pecans in a soft brown sugar filling
• Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Tart – rich dark chocolate ganache layered with salted caramel
• Seasonal: Orange Caramel Pecan Tart – buttery pecan filling with brown butter, maple, orange zest and salted orange caramel

Each tart delivers the perfect balance — golden, tender pastry cradling rich, gooey fillings with beautiful flavour contrasts. These are proper “wow” desserts that feel special but comforting ♡

What’s inside:
• 4 individual tarts

As a tiny home bakery baking fresh to order, we make each flavour in its own dedicated batch. This keeps everything super fresh and consistent – so boxes are single flavour for now.

Allergens:
Contains wheat, butter, eggs, and nuts. Made in a home kitchen that handles all allergens.

Best enjoyed:
Within 1–2 days of pickup or local delivery for the ultimate crisp pastry and fresh filling experience. Store in the fridge and bring to room temperature before eating.
